Ms. Cesafi 2019 winners advocate mental health, positive self-image

CESAFI LIVE! Season 19 of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foudnation Inc. (CESAFI) opened with a bang last Saturday, August 31 at the Cebu Coliseum in a program that included a parade of Cebu’s best student-athletes and the much-awaited coronation of Ms. Cesafi 2019.

Nora Veronique Culaba of the University of Southern Philippines Foundation was crowned Ms. Cesafi 2019-College Division. A surprise winner in the competition traditionally dominated by taller contenders, the 5’2’’ Ms. Culaba proves that the title is all about the person’s entire personality, not just her physique.

On the other hand, Bianca Reine Co Alba, a Grade 12 student of the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu is this year’s Ms. Cesafi 2019-High School Division.
